  1. accounts: £300 from John James Trust and £200 from Richard Davies charitable trust has been received to help fund the Arts Festival and Street Party. We now have a provisional budget of £4,300 for the weekend.
  2. Mike has designed a poster advertising the Art festival and street party which we can now start distributing around the area. It is hoped to have flyers available early next week to door-drop informing residents of the weekends festivities and asking for people to come forward and help run stalls ETC.
  3. Awaiting quote from torribles for insurance. Selina and Clodagh will approach Event Insurance for cover of the Art Festival and Street Party.
  4. Fred to contact Treble Rock re PA system for weekend.
